Bar Facilities
A cash bar is located in Vanbrugh College and will be open during the following hours:

Welcome Reception Tuesday 23 March at 18:00
An informal welcome reception will be held at the college alongside the poster session. The reception will take place in the Bar Area of Vanbrugh College at 18:00 and is sponsored by the Physics Department at the University of York.  Posters will be in the near by Junior Common Room (JCR). 

Conference Dinner – Wednesday 24 March
The Conference Dinner will be held at Kings Manor on Wednesday 24 March for those that have pre-booked their place when registering. Tickets will be included in your welcome pack. The conference dinner will be preceded by a drinks reception in the Huntingdon Room and the Ante Room.

Coaches (York Pullman Bus Co Ltd) will depart from outside Vanbrugh at 18:45 and the journey takes approximately 15 minutes, depending on traffic. On the return journey, coaches will collect participants between 22:00 and 22:30 to take participants back to Vanbrugh where the bar will be open till 01:00 (depending on sales).
